Returns Policy
Cyril’s Soap Shed’s returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014: This states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to, to cancel their order.
Due to the personal nature of our products, We can only accept returns on unopened and unused soaps. Goods that arrive with us in an unsaleable condition will be subject to a reduction in the refund value.
The original postage costs will ONLY be refunded if you are returning a faulty item. If you have simply changed your mind, or ordered the wrong product you will be liable for all postage costs of the original order and returns. If an express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded – the normal shipping rate will apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
