Our Products
What are your soaps made from?
Our goat’s milk soaps are handmade using natural ingredients including pure essential oils, local cold pressed rapeseed oil, shea butter, coconut oil and castor oil. We never use parabens, SLS, or synthetic fragrances. Just gentle, natural goodness for your skin.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Many of our goat’s milk soaps are perfect for sensitive skin. We recommend our unscented or honey & oats if you prefer something extra gentle. As with any new product we suggest doing a small skin test 24hrs before use.
Are your soaps cruelty free?
All of our products are cruelty free. We never test our soaps on animals and we make sure none of our ingredients are tested on animals either.
How long will my soap last?
It depends on use and storage. If kept dry between uses (ideally on a draining soap dish), a bar should last around 3–4 weeks of daily use.
Shipping
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t offer gift wrapping, but we can send your soap to a recipients address. You can select this option at checkout and include a personalised message.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship across the UK. This includes Highlands and Islands.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48
Can I collect my order locally?
Yes, local collection is available from Landford Post Office. Just select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Returns
What if I’m not happy with my order?
We want you to love your goat’s milk soap! If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to help. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened soaps.
